Warranty Information

On top of our standard 1 year service and support plan, maXia Solutions Group also offers a 3 or 5 year extended service plan. With these extended service plans, you can further protect your customer’s investments and extend their warranty coverage on parts and labour for up to 5 years from the purchase date.

While other plans can confuse you with deductibles, claim paperwork hassles and limited coverage, our warranties give you protection from the unexpected that is easy to understand. Since we already know the products you have purchased, you avoid the process of having to fill out claim forms.

Any warranty or non-warranty repairs required can be done on a return-to-depot basis or with approval, dealers and end-users can perform repairs on maXia equipment without voiding the warranty, which is especially useful in circumstances when the equipment cannot be returned to depot.

Remote support is also available for the full duration of your warranty coverage.

With maXia’s warranty, we are ready to step in to make any needed repairs (excluding those repairs due to misuse) using genuine maXia parts and factory authorized service for the full duration of your coverage.
